KAMPALA, Uganda—The Nigerian drug lord warned his heroin mule not to deviate from the plan. The Nigerian enlisted the 29-year-old in a seedy bar in Uganda’s capital Kampala. Brian was studying veterinary science at university before he agreed to smuggle heroin in return for $5,000 USD.
